Joseph Taormina
Attorney Joseph Taormina is a long-time Floridian having moved to Jacksonville from the northeast. He attended high school in Jacksonville and undergrad at Florida State University. After undergrad, he lived in New York City for a half a decade playing music and then decided to pursue a career in law.

Many times our clients intend to sell the property that they have inherited. We can offer to represent probate clients on a contingency basis, meaning the legal fees are paid when the property sells.

In a partition case, the property is usually sold, and our fees are paid out of the sale proceeds.

Some foreclosure defendants look to sell the property to capture their equity gains. We can represent these clients on a contingency basis.

Flat Fee Payment Plans
Most foreclosure defendants agree that they owe the money and are looking for a settlement.
These clients typically pay us $599 as a down-payment, and then $350 per month while the case is pending.

Contingency Fee Plans
Some foreclosure clients intend to sell their house.
We offer a delayed fee arrangement: you pay our fee once the property sells. Typically 3% of the selling price.

Hourly Payment Plans
Clients that disagree with the Plaintiff and need to prove their case are usually outside of the flat fee payment plan and should have a consultation with our attorneys.
